Usman Qureshi, MD, FACC
Dr. Qureshi is a heart and vascular specialist practicing in Alice since 1996. He finished his Cardiovascular Fellowship training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston prior to moving to Alice. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and previously in Internal Medicine. He is also Certified by the Board of Cardiovascular CT and upon his accreditation in 2009 he was the only Cardiovascular CT Board Certified physician in the South Texas area.
Suraj G. Kamat, MD, FACC
Dr. Kamat is a heart and vascular specialist who moved to join Dr. Qureshi in 1998 after his Cardiovascular Fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine. He has extensive training in interventional heart and vascular procedures involving opening up clogged arteries. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine. He is currently involved in three research projects.
We are also proud to have Maricela Guerra-Franco, RN, MSN, FNP-C working with our physicians to provide excellent care to our patients. She has been a part of their team for many years working with them at the hospital cath lab before coming to work here in the clinic. Many of our patients will recognize her smiling face.
